We are unable to amend or cancel orders made after it is placed.

Deliveries shall be made in accordance with the timeframe selected during order placement. An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile phone to update delivery status. In the event of any unforeseen delays, the delivery crew will reach out to the registered mobile phone number to arrange an alternative delivery timeframe.
Should a delivery fail due to the customer’s unavailability, a 2nd delivery may be attempted, depending on the availability of transport resources. Order is deemed to be cancelled in the event of subsequent delivery failure.
No liability for losses shall be assumed for parcels left outside the unit at the instruction of the customer.
Standard courier delivery is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) shall be delivered within the next 5 business working days.
Delivery fees:
$8.00 for all deliveries across Singapore.
Our delivery partner, reserve the right not to deliver to areas that are remote or that required security pass/ clearance, safety briefing or donning of safety gears. If we do, an additional surcharge of $15 will be imposed for delivery. A few examples of restricted areas are: Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airports.
